Land Acquisition
At Sumak Runa, we understand that land ownership is a capitalistic concept, yet modern society requires us to acquire acreage for our eco-village to thrive. Our commitment goes beyond just purchasing land; we are dedicated to stewarding and protecting it for future generations. Together, we aim to create a sustainable community that honors and nurtures the natural world. Join us in our mission to cultivate a harmonious relationship with the earth. Initial Building
Depending on whether the land has a habitable building, the first construction may be a simple A-Frame to host us while we continue developing. If a suitable house exists on the land, we will start with the hotel/restaurant space, as its an immediate means of income for the project to continue. Expected start September 2025.

Solar, Internet, and Water
Placing a bulk order to cover the entire village from my solar supplier in South Korea, we will aim to have basic services functional early in the process. Anticipating 30kwh of available solar capacity to cover a wide variety of uses in the village. Composting toilets, grey water systems, and utilization of rain water collection, well drilling, and natural springs.
